Sanitary Engineered Fabrications is a Certified Custom Fabricator using Ace Sanitary hoses, tubing and fittings to service the sanitary hose industry. We fabricate FDA-Compliant hoses and fittings to meet specifications and requirements in sanitary manufacturing process facilities. Fluoropolymer Hoses - T-Series
All liners are extra thick to provide better flex life and less permeation with anti-static tube options available. All hoses are manufactured with high grade PTFE resins in the over-braid products and meet USP Class VI & FDA Criteria.

Fittings
Ace Sanitary manufactures fittings using a high-Grade 316L material and exclusive TwistLOC™ components - guaranteed not to separate. Fittings are incorporated with a 360° gasket seal stem to hose ferrule. Contoured edges provides safety for worker and plumbing ease.

Molded Ends
Tubing molded ends are available with Polypropylene, Hytrel and Polysulfone in Tri-Clamp, I-Line, threaded ends and bevel seat end styles.
Silicone tri-clamp molded ends with stainless steel or polysulfone back up rings or cups. Generally, molded ends also provide cost savings.
Reusable Sanitary Fittings
3-A approved, easy to assemble 3-pc reusable fittings with full traceability. Suitable for use with biotech, high purity water, pharmaceutical, food, beverage and potable water. Lightweight, versatile, works with most hose types and wall thicknesses.
“Crack and crevice free” design ends for ultra-high purity applications. Uses are for no stainless steel wetted parts, lighter weight and OEM applications, and are 3-A Certified.
